Kolter Urban Sells Out 157-Residence Mark Sarasota

Sales for the condominium development exceeded $160 million

Kolter Urban, a West Palm Beach-based real estate development and investment firm, is pleased to announce the sellout of Mark Sarasota, with sales exceeding $160 million. This 157-residence luxury condominium, which broke ground in August 2017, is located just south of Main Street on the corner of Pineapple Avenue and State Street, and is slated for completion in Fall 2019.

The 12-level development offers one-, two-, or three-bedroom plus den floorplans ranging in size from 1,575 square feet to 2,753 square feet. Prices of residences range from $600,000 to $2.4M.

Mark Sarasota was designed by Sarasota’s leading contemporary urban architecture firm, Hoyt Architects, with interiors thoughtfully designed by The Decorators Unlimited, led by Bob Martin. KAST Construction is the general contractor for the development.

Mark Sarasota will offer an elevated, private Amenity Resort Deck 48 feet above street level. Complementing the luxury condominium residences, the fifth-level amenities will include a resort-style pool with private cabanas and a fire pit lounge, a Residents’ Club room with catering kitchen and bar, a Resident Board Room, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Residents will also enjoy 24/7 security that includes controlled access at all entry points, a 24/7 staffed, secured lobby, and a secured residential parking garage.

Downtown is Downstairs® at the Promenade on the ground level of Mark Sarasota which will encompass 35,000 square feet of retail space and a walking corridor leading to Main Street. Once completed, the Promenade will feature a curated collection of boutique shopping and dining experiences right downstairs.
